About the class

Our body conditioning and stretch class is a fun environment to increase strength and flexibility, suitable for all ages and abilities. Students will cover a wide variety of exercises and stretches, tailored specifically for dancers. Skills learned in this class are easily transferable to any dance style, aiding progression in all other lessons. This makes the class very helpful for a dancer's training!

What to wear

Close-fitting, comfortable clothing and bare feet.
